I’ve worked with two kinds of stages.
One with spotlights. One with screens.
To me, both are about movement. Emotion.
Attention.
Story.

One lives in performance.
The other in product.
Now I use those instincts in digital spaces.
To shape flow.
To hold attention.
To create something that feels alive.

I take photos whenever I’m out in the world, mostly because life keeps handing me compositions I don’t want to lose. I share some of them on my Unsplash, in case they’re useful, beautiful, or just make someone pause for a second.

I draw in my spare time too, which is less a hobby and more proof that my brain likes to keep at least three tabs open at all times.

When I’m not designing or performing, I’m probably practicing opera, watching movies, cooking Chinese food and eating it immediately, or wandering through New York like a devoted observer with good shoes and zero resistance to snacks.
I also live with a black cat who has been with me for 12 years, which is about as long as I’ve been a designer. At this point, he’s less a pet and more a long-term creative director with very specific standards and no verbal feedback.
